Be Smart About Your Coffee and Use Caffeine to Power Your Workout

No truer words have ever been spoken. Some folks (me) live, breath and sleep with coffee. No joke sleep. I have heard of several individuals you can drink coffee and go right to sleep. Coffee when used correctly can be a powerful life tool. It shouldn’t be your end all to hunger, thirst, mood altering and more.

Everyone gets that feeling of lethargy during the day where they just can’t seem to muster enough energy to focus on the tasks at hand. The first inclination is to pump your body with an excess amount of caffeine to get you motivated.
