Since 1980, CHEER San Francisco has been thrilling crowds locally, nationally and internationally with its unique brand of high-energy routines. This all-volunteer group is dedicated not only to providing polished professional entertainment, but also to the philanthropic mission of the squad, serving as true ambassadors of good will to the communities in which they perform. Their Mission: To raise monies for service organizations serving individuals with HIV/AIDS and other life-challenging conditions through performances in which we execute extreme stunts and powerful dance routines as a means to entertain, inspire, and motivate audiences to strive for their personal best while recognizing and celebrating the beauty and diversity in all people.

Different Spokes San Francisco
Different Spokes is the San Francisco Bay Area’s recreational bicycling club for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender community. Founded in 1982, the club is open to all members of the LGBT community and its friends who have a shared interest in bicycling. We offer a variety of cycling rides and social events throughout the year.
The club currently has 146 members, 28% of them are female. The annual membership fee includes the ability to set up your own rides on the calendar, an online subscription to the club’s Yahoo!Group and other benefits, such as discounts at many bike shops.
Fog Rugby | The San Francisco Fog Rugby Football Club
The San Francisco Fog R.F.C. is a club committed to an ethic of inclusion. The vision of the club is to be the preeminent rugby club in the world that actively pursues the participation of people of color, gay men, women, and other groups traditionally under-represented in rugby.

A non-profit, volunteer-run club devoted to the promotion of amateur wrestling in the San Francisco Bay Area. Run with the cooperation and support of the San Francisco Park and Recreation Department, GGWC offers coaching, training and competition opportunities for local freestyle, Greco-Roman and folkstyle wrestlers.
- Year-round GGWC practice sessions for adult wrestlers regardless of age, experience, race, gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation
- Development of coaches for San Francisco Alliance Wrestling, a GGWC program for high school wrestlers in San Francisco
- In cooperation with San Francisco Park & Recreation Department, creation of low-cost youth wrestling camp
San Francisco Gay Basketball Association
The San Francisco Gay Basketball Association has seen hundreds of players pass through its doors over the last 22 years — highly skilled and less skilled; men and women; every race and creed; gay, straight and transgendered. Diversity and inclusion has been one of our program’s hallmarks. Throughout this history, though, there has been one amazing constant for whom we are most thankful — our founder and perennial leader Tony Jasinski.

The Gay and Lesbian Tennis Federation

The Gay & Lesbian Tennis Federation is a 500-plus member tennis club, with members playing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The club hosts events for players of all levels, from novice to teaching pros. Members play year-round at courts all around the Bay Area, and also participate in club-sponsored tennis events and tournaments, such as monthly Social Doubles, Spring and Fall Team Tennis, the Holloran Club Singles Championships, the Sissenstein Club Doubles Championships, and our year-end Awards Banquet.

Washington Renegades Division III Rugby Union Football Club
The Washington Renegades is a Division III rugby union football club, a member of the Potomac Rugby Union and USA Rugby. We provide a solid rugby and social experience for both seasoned players and newcomers to the sport.
All are welcome to play for the Renegades. We are a diverse mix of people from the DC Metropolitan area welcoming players regardless of sexual orientation, race, ethnicity or income. Come join us to learn, play, and excel at the greatest sport on earth!
